Purchased a costway semi automatic twin tub on line. Washer no good for my flat due to how it empties. The machine is not good quality either, hose is not rubber, but cheap flimsy plastic. Their seller will not collect via courier, they said as it's not broke I have to pay my own courier and send them the tracking. Both the third party and Debenhams are now ignoring me. One courier quoted an eye watering £300 to return it. If I had known in advance would not have purchased, and will never use Debenhamscagain. Be aware before buying.
