I have just visited the fragrance department in the Warrington branch with my disabled mother looking for birthday presents and was served by an assistant by the name of Danielle (this might be misspelt)small with long blonde hair she is an excellent example of how a shop assistant should be enthusiastic and extremely helpful and encouraging to select the right product she made my mums visit very enjoyable would suggest she gets the award of shop assistant of the day thank you
