Redditch has a large shopping centre with many food outlets. I was shopping with my 3yr old granddaughter and we stopped for a sandwich lunch. I tried 4 of the food places and none of them was willing to make a cheese sandwich for my Granddaughter (she's vegetarian so this was the only option). I was offered cheese with relish and told to scrape it off at one venue! I then went to Debenhams and when an assistant saw me looking despondent at the food she asked what was wrong and I told her. Bless her she couldn't have been more kind or helpful and had a sandwich specially made for my GD. That's what I call service and where we will be going for our my lunch on future!
