Customer service was amazing helping with transferring my 8 e-giftcards into one so I could use the whole amount on a lovely couch, that hopefully wont take 8 weeks or more (as per some reviews). Fingers crossed it comes next 4-5 weeks otherwise I will be sitting on the floor for 2 months!
