Debenhams, I suspect the five star reviews on here are fake to bolster your reputation and wont help. Your service, delivery everything is now awful it is so surprise your stores are closing. Nothing I ordered over Christmas arrived, even the replacement orders didn’t arrive. Your customer service is a joke, was informed someone from your CR team would call me. Never happened. Complained 4 times and all I got was my money back and a ‘promise’ my call would be reviewed at the end of the year by management to look at how they can improve. It is 4 Jan so I’ll just wait for a year to understand why you’re so shocking shall I? In the meantime, I won’t be shopping with you ever again and will tell all others to avoid.
