We had a baby born new years day and went into store to buy a nice warm coat for him as weather has changed so much. The coat was on the wrong hanger and instead of being a 0.3 month it was 6.9 month so useless to us I went in to change but they changed there exchange policy in December and refused to exchange the size. Most stores these days ask if you want a e mail receipt but not them. So we are stuffed. Also you can see how downhill the company has gone by looking at the reviews on here and there response to them! Nothing, no response at all.
