the item i bought on line was delivered to one of your pickup stores ,in my case Watford ,the item wasn't suitable so I elected to return it ,but now I was told that I couldn't return
it to same pickup store but I had to return it via post and pay for it .
not good enough !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
