After purchasing a bike online for click and collect, we arrived to find that the bike had not been assembled. We waited an hour for the bike to be assembled and checked over. When we got home the bike had been assembled incorrectly meaning my husband had to carry out further adjustments to make the bike useable (chain guard had to be completely taken off and put back on in the correct position to enable the pedals to rotate, rear light in totally the wrong position, cellophane wrapping still left on the mud guards, brake pad positioning had to be tweaked to enable wheel to move freely). We were extremely disappointed by the service we recieved, especially given that we have purchased an assembled bike from Decathlon previously.
