The biggest problem with Decathlon is their website. It used to be possible to check if an item was in stock at my local store. This facility has been withdrawn. Twice I have ordered goods online, to collect in store. Both times I have had at least one item needing to be returned. The second time, the website said I would have to post goods back at my expense. I donated the item to a charity shop instead!
