recently ordered a jacket online, when it arrived it was far too small for the size it was supposed to be, we traveled over to decathlon at Notts to take the jacket back, the service was very quick no questions asked,
I asked if the postage was refunded and was told no, only the money charged for the jacket. That was disappointing as other big brand shops refund the postage because you took the item back to the store. I will not make the same mistake next time.
