However these days, it's unreasonable to have paid returns. In addition to this, the confusing and non standard (and inconsistent size guides) make it very easy to order the wrong size - in which case you will be returning items at your own cost simply because the information wasn't very clear. I've done this twice now! I am unsure if I will shop from here again mainly due to the inconstancy sizes (or availability of accurate size guides) and the returns policy.
