Having purchased goods from Decathlon, One of the items broke. I contacted Decathlon to arrange for a spare part to be sent to me. I got a very amateur phone call suggesting I contact a branch in Surrey Quays which is 250 miles from where I live.
The person was unhelpful and ill informed.
