Your alleged cheap prices are the same as anyone else's. 50% of the outdoor stuff I go in there for is out of stock for the season. Even on line.
The staff are helpful, though.
I go to other places first, and only use GO if it is genuinely cheaper and near at hand.
You need to raise your quality and give real price reductions compared to the competition - not just at sale times.
