I tried to order some trainers from the website because the shop (Reading) didn't have the right size/colour.
I got stuck in an endless loop in which the website kept kept asking me to do the same thing repeatedly and would not move on.
Eventually I had to go back to the shop and get them to place the online order for me. Good products - good website for displaying them - terrible website order fulfilment.
