My day was totally spoilt by one of your counter service lady at Center point half an hour ago. I went there to exchange a leaking air mattress with a receipt presented. She claimed that there was no record under my name/my husband's name. She even said it could be bought from carousel then exchange at your place. I was so hurt as it was really bought at your shop. I suggested to check on CCTV, or to check on the receipts. She just wanted to brush me off and insisted can not change. If it was not brought in your store, why would I want to insist? It was not helpful just to argue with me that you couldn't find the specific record under our name. And it hurts customers by doubting their dignity.
The issue was handled well by staff Abdullah. His customer service was excellent. He was very patient, professional and helpful. After we showed him the receipt, the bank account statement. He checked the record in computer and scan the item. It PROVED that we really bought it in your store. It cleared all the doubts. If at the begging the other lady was able to do that, it won't hurt customer's feeling at all. Yes. You definitely have the right to check. But the lady was just assuming and not checking properly when handling my case. It is the the money matter, but it hurts me. It embarrassed me to argue over the counter. It made me so angry as I bought the item in your store and you kept on saying it was not. I am still very upset after coming back home. But I really want to thank Abdullah at Center Point branch for helping us. He deserves five starts. Thank you, Abdullah!
