Product was good and met expectation - but was delivered by one person in a small van.
The delivery weighed 50 Kg and the delivery driver expected my wife to help him lift the large package - he had no trolley or other means of delivery.
Therefore my wife had to either refuse the delivery or help the driver. She helped - but not without subsequent back pain for the next few days.
I suspect the issue is with the courier rather than Decathlon directly.
