The online part was easy and the product arrived at the store when it said it would. I was happy with the product (suitcase) and it was good value for money The reason this review was now a Good/Very Good was due to when visiting the store itself and asking the person at the counter (no one waiting to be served) whether they could order the product for us and we could pay now and then, we were told they could not We went home and ordered the product but I'm sure others could have simply visited another store, got a better service and Decathlon would have lost that Customer
