I ordered some fitness equipment online and when arrived in store (Walsall) they were delivered. I collected the box and when I got home and opened the box all of the balls (10) were damaged. I was disappointed with wherever the equipment was brought from to get to the store. I was disappointed as I got them on the sunday ready for my class on monday which was then disrupted due to a lack of care and attention on packaging! When I went back I ordered another lot online in store but had to wait for these to come in, I then received an email saying they were out of stock! I then had to wait even longer for replacements which I have now received almost 2 weeks after I got the original delivery. I just think that if the service and care was taken the first time I would not have had to order them twice, the Walsall store apologising as it was not their fault and my class on the monday would have gone ahead, I had to cancel it and therefore lost income!
