I ordered stuff online and picked it up at store as the online goods weren't stocked in store - at the same time I was trying other stuff that was available in store. So the order process was fine, returning wrong size goods was easy (I ordered multiple sizes to try in store), what was not easy was finding goods I'd seen online in store. It wasn't that easy for the staff either, so better store labelling would help or maybe flagging up where stock will be located in store when you're looking online??
