I have bought a large number of items from your stores in France where I am a regular visitor. I have almost always found the staff to be particularly helpful and knowledgeable and the products bought of good quality. Aftersales support is also good in France. I recently bought some items in England via the internet as you have no stores near where I live. I was happy with all but one item, a hat, which was not the size marked and would not fit me. I notified your internet department of the problem and was told that it was probably a manufacturers error. The hat was not expensive so I did not think it was worthwhile returning it, however the experience would certainly make me cautious as to what I would order via the internet from Decathlon in future.
