Booked a bike on line had a email to say it was ready. Finish work early to fetch it so I could get back before my daughter but when I got to store gave my details lady went to fetch it and came back with a baby bike under her arm when told it was the wrong bike she said well it's got your name on. At which I let her look at my email off she went again.she did this several times and eventually she brought the manager who said if you can wait we will make on up for you now.when they brought it they said it was all tested and safety check done. Some safety check as handle bars weren't in line with front wheel. Which I altered my self all together this took over an hour to pick up a bike. Two days later you sent me a email to say if I don't pick up my bike in 3days I will lose it and my money?
