I ordered a couple of packable jackets for my husband and myself, mine came the perfect size and fit, but his was too tight, never mind I sent it back for the next size up, a week later it arrived and still too small, aaahhhh! I emailed the customer service team, explaining that I had misunderstood their men's sizing and needed to return the item yet again, they kindly sent me a postage paid sticker and the item was returned. A week later I had not had a replacement, I called, spoke to a lovely person at customer service who smoothly resolved the situation, arranged for the the replacement jacket and a couple of days later it arrived and fits well, hooray! What I would like to say is that the customer service I received was outstanding, and the products are good value too, thank you Decathlon, I will be back ????????????????????????????
