I have started jogging at 72 years of age after 10 years layoff from running competitively. Therefore I do not require expensive running shoes or equipment. The shoes and running clothing I have purchased have been at extremely competitive prices and have proved to be up to the job. The shoes are very comfortable. The shorts and Tee shirts are light weight and wick away moisture very well and when washed and quick to dry.
