Staff in the store at Edinburgh were helpful and knowledgeable, willing to spend time to ensure that the correct product was ordered. Web site is good except when trying to log into 'My Account'. Having entered e-mail address and correct password, the same window kept returning, even though, apparently, I was logged in!
