I ordered a kayak which didn't arrive at the store and was told to reorder; which I did.
Then when I received the email to let me know it was at the store; I drove to Edinburgh to pick it up, only to find a box with no kayak.
I reordered, I received an email to tell me that there was no kayak in store and to reorder online. 2 days later, I received a phone call to tell me it had arrived (depite having not re ordered.
I honestly have no idea what's going on
