I did not receive any notification of items being at store. When I checked my account I could see that payment had been taken and the items had been sent.
When I phoned the store to check if the item had arrived, they checked the 'system' and said no.
I contacted the customer service team who said that they had phoned the store and the items where there but the assistant had only checked the computer.
So, no notification and poor service/effort/communication from the store.
