The site is great, the products we purchased seem to be very robust (our Son has not tried them yet as they are Christmas presents), but the packaging was horrific. The box the bike and scooter arrived in looked like it had arrived via a warzone. The driver even suggested I open the package completely to check the contents before he left (which was good of him).
