Absolutely disgraceful! I ordered a girls bike for my daughter on the 15th of December for Christmas – on the basis that the website said the ordered would be prepared before the 20th. Eight days on and not only has the bike still not arrived, the order status on the website says: “We are committed to prepare your order before 20/12/2016”.
In my opinion the information about the orders is extremely ambiguous and none committal, despite there being 'track your order' buttons and options available. The loyalty team also failed to respond to my email, send via the website, or voicemail. After finally speaking with someone today (22nd), I was told the bike had not even left the warehouse.
Looking back, the 'reviews' section at the bottom of the website is rated 'excellent' 4.5, I only wish I'd clicked the link and read the reviews. If I had done that, I’d never have placed an order.
I will never buy anything from them online again!
