Well, you didn't keep me informed on anything. 12 days after the online order, it's still showing as "In progress". Commerce isn't rocket science - EITHER YOU HAVE THE GOODS and you send them to me, OR YOU DON'T and you offer a refund or a combination of the two. You could of sent the 4 items I ordered one by one, in separate orders, according to your stock.
