I placed a store delivery order for a pair of ski boots and waited for 4 days only to be told that their experts skilfully managed to return the parcel to their own deposit instead of asking me to collect it.
Then, instead of trying to find a reasonable solution, they decided that the parcel should be marked as 'returned' and I should be given a refund. For which I have to wait for another seven days.
I've told them that I am going on a ski holiday in a few days and really needed those boots, but they have not been able to show the expected considerate and constructive approach or offer any compensation for the trouble caused.
In the meantime, I can't buy the boots from another store because I don't have the necessary money in my account. But they don't seem to care about this at all, maybe they expect me to ski in my trainers.
Very disappointing and also shameful services.
