Do not order online. I ordered a bike as a Christmas present with expected delivery 19 December, 21 December still no bike - after multiple phone calls it became clear the bike wouldn't arrive in time so I advised customer service I could travel one hour to my nearest store on Christmas Eve to collect the bike - the lady was supposed to call me back to confirm stock, she didn't. Several phone calls later the bike arrive 6 Jan. It was THE WRONG BIKE!!!!!!! 10 days later I am still waiting on a refund. Infuriating having to type communication via an online form because no-one at customer service answers the telephone. Such a waste of time/disappointing Christmas/in-resolved problem/terrible customer service.
