I called into Sheffield branch to collect my Triban 520. It was ready and waiting for me the staff at the bike dept were very helpful and processed my collection very efficiently. After adjusting the saddle height etc I was riding bike is 5 Star. Two minor grump are the front mech was not adjusted properly I hope this will be addressed when I take the bike back. The other grump I have is paying to have the tyres fitted as an upgrade, other bike shops fit for free.So I fitted them myself saving 16 pounds. But other than that I am completely satisfied with my purchase as I have been for several years worth of dealing with Decathlon.
