Special thanks to Mick Johnson at Decathlon Sheffield cycling department, 14 January 2017. I had a lot of questions, having not cycled at all for 4 years and not on road for 12 years. He was very helpful in answering them all and advising on the best equipment for my needs. He prepared a bike there and then, changing the stem and tyres while I waited, so I could take it away the same evening. A couple of days later I had some questions when I came to fit mudguards to the bike and he gave helpful advice on the telephone. He is very knowledgeable about the products Decathlon sell and about cycling in general. The Triban 520 Road Bike has been great so far and it and the other products I purchased (mudguards, helmet, baselayer, tights) all good value.
