Order was not delivered on date specified (ordered a week prior to travelling near store, and delivery was stated as being on the day I wanted). I received confirmation of actual delivery 3 days after was due and therefore was not able to collect.
However, in contacting them to say I would not be able to pick up, they were helpful in arranging the return of the items and the credit to my card.
