I was happy with the goods when I finally collected them but I think your on-line buying facility and delivery need to improve to keep up with consumer expectations. I found your website quite confusing and believe me I buy a lot of things on line. I wanted the goods delivered to work but after being allowed to enter the invoice and delivery address, I was told to select the store I wanted to collect from. Later on I found out that only orders over a certain amount qualify for home delivery, but this wasn't made clear from the start. The website was very slow at that time (I tried IE 11 and Google Chrome) and the store selection didn't seem to work at first, so it took me a few attempts to do it. I placed the order early in the week (Mon or Tue) and was sent an email that the estimated collection date was Friday of that week, which I thought was a bit long since this was a delivery to your own store and companies like Next and John Lewis can do next day delivery to their stores. I was about to set out to the store on Friday to collect my goods but luckily I thought of phoning the store first. They didn't have my order or any record of it. So I phoned customer services and was told that my order was still being processed and will be shipped to the store in a few days time. The goods were finally shipped and I received an email telling me that my order was ready for collection but as I said before, for a delivery to your own store it took an awfully long time.
