Although I was happy with the products I eventually got I found the sizing guide to be confusing. I understand the need to cater for the various international sizes but the guide should allow you to convert your size to the purchase size which currently does not seem to be the case. This caused me to order the wrong size and then take time out to visit a store in order to exchange the items.
I also found that the reply to my feedback emails was misunderstood as they just kept repeating the same answer.
