Sorry to give a bad review but several items were ordered and not delivered within the time frame specified and as a result I went on holiday without items needed. I then had to run around potential newsagents and ask if they had my package as it was never delivered as I was away.
Eventually it transpired the items were returned to yourselves but it took a while for this confirmation and credit.
I love your goods but believe the online experience needs sharpening up. Just as well you are opening stores in the SW London. Good luck!
