This company is a scammer. Like others I had found the genuine Land Register Site but was interrupted and when a returned to make a purchase I clicked on the Deedflow site by mistake. Similar story, I paid about £41 for a cert and received NOTHING. I rang their phone to ask why they hadn't received the cert I requested when they tried to scam me again. At this point I became suspicious and discovered my mistake.
