I found the website easy to use and very informative. The telephone assistance to answer further questions was, again, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. The price for the dehumidifier chosen was the best I could find on the market and delivery was very prompt, the company using a carrier which communicated time of delivery so that you were not bound to your house for hours waiting, and also gave the option to deliver to a local store for ease of pick-up at my convenience.
