Firstly, the Ecoair unit was the cheapest price on the internet. So took a punt and skipped Amazon to go with this retailer. Secondly, the postage was free which was unusual for such a large item. None of the competitors offered this. The unit was delivered the next day as stated - great! There was an additional promotion for a free weather station which was missing. Straight through on the phone to customer services who were very helpful and followed up with an email later that evening to resolve a fairly minor issue. I didn’t expect much from the cheapest retailer on the internet but was pleasantly surprised getting the best price and the best service.
