The staff at this company are amazing. I ordered one dehumidifier and then another one a little later the same morning. They phoned me to check that it wasn’t a duplicate order - a really good start. I was told the day the goods would be delivered, next working day, and when the DPD delivery company driver went to the wrong address, the staff at Dehumidifiers UK talked to DPD directly and tried to get the goods redelivered to my address. When DPD let them down, Dehumdifiers UK got involved again and the goods arrived the next day. They even phoned me up and e mailed me to check all was OK. So ten out of ten for service. The price was also very reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend Dehumidifiers UK.
