I contacted the team before purchase to ensure that the dehumidifier I was purchasing was the one I needed. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable and went through what it was being purchased for so that I was sure it was the one for the job.
The Eco Air DD122 MINI 6 litre desiccant dehumidifier arrived on time and was quick and easy to set up and use. This unit was purchased for a small flat and used to dry clothes instead of an expensive to run tumble drier. So far no complaints.
