I originally ordered an Electrolux dehumidifier. After waiting a week with no delivery I chased them up only to be told that this particular model was no longer available. It had been a mistake on their part to display it on the website. Instead I was offered a Meaco 20-litre machine, (Which? magazine's top-rated item) for the same price as the Electrolux. That was, in effect, a £20 discount.
It arrive promptly three days later and is giving me excellent service. The Meaco is a cracker. Apart from that bit of inefficiency, Dehumidifiers UK did well.
