Contacted D UK to discuss problem with 20 year old Amcor. George was as helpful as he could be about a model that was obsolete and a company they had not been able to trace for over 3 years. Decided to buy a replacement DH and George listened to my needs and recommended the unit we would probably have chosen anyway, given time. Order placed and unit delivered next day.
