From the ordering stage to after sales care, Dehumidifiersuk have been professional, helpful and proactive. They recommended a dehumidifier closest to the one I originally wanted which is no longer in production. The advisor seemed to know the products so I felt confident to take his advice and place an order. Unfortunately the unit delivered had been damaged in transit but instead of making me go through the standard process of taking photos, returning the unit and waiting for another to be dispatched, Steven in Customer Services arranged for a replacement to be delivered the very next morning. A few days later I received a courtesy call to make sure everything was in working order, that I was happy and an offer of continued help and assistance. Not knowing much about Dehumidifiers (!), Dehumidifiersuk made the whole process of buying one stress free and straightforward.
