Habe meine Lieferung nie erhalten. Die Rückabwicklung erschien mir für mich sehr umständlich, da ich nicht über einen eigenen Drucker verfüge, um die Verlustmeldung bei DHL auszufüllen.
Obwohl es eindeutig nicht mein Verschulden war, hatte ich Mehraufwand. Das war sehr unglücklich. Der Kontakt per Mail klappte, war aber sehr unterschiedlich freundlich bzw unfreundlich.
