To be honest I do not recommend this company.I travelled 2018 Dec came back Jan 2019,We were travelling to South Africa through British Airways and they delayed our flight which caused us to miss our connecting flight.This caused a 24hr delay and I had to cancel the car booking which then caused me extra £800 .Delayed again took my cade ,I signed all the papers .I had to chase them up for feed back .They hired different solicitors and Butterworth was one of them.To this day I have not heard any satisfying help from them.I do not recommend them to anyone.My case is now over 3yrs and I do not think at this point I'll be able to get my case passed on for a claim.They blamed the pandemic but to be honest their customer service is very bad.Do not use them for your services.
