We had lots of trouble adding credit on phone and we eventually succeeded but the £5 suddenly vanished before i had used it. We rang them immediately and they denied they had any record of us and the handler vanished too -my husband waited 15 mins on phone but they had just hung up. Effectively they stole our £5 payment and no accountability at all.
