I ordered a print. Delong charged me $39 (Australian) for the print, then $65 for postage. USPS International Priority. Tracking information was sent. After a week it still hadnt been picked up by USPS. I tried using the Delong support line and have had no response. An absolute rip off. Delong is going to make more money out of the postage than the product. Moral of the story is dont order online from Delong.
