Every order comes within a week (admittedly I am in Cincinatti which isn't terribly far from their headquarters)! I have ordered from them 4 times with no issues with credit card information being stolen, and only one time did I receive a wrong item and customer service were quick to resolve it- I sent pictures of my order received, unopened product, and even packing slip and because the product was a product of lesser value I just asked to be refunded the difference. Customer service was so kind and I haven't had an issue since that! I refer my friends for their D8 needs and haven't ever received product that seems out of date or anything like that. This company is amazing! I wish I could honestly work for them and review their products as they have been absolutely incredible.
